Local Pick-Up
MUST READ BEFORE CHOOSING THE LOCAL PICK UP OPTION!
Local pickup is available for Germantown, TN, Memphis, TN and surrounding areas. Pickup days are Tuesday & Thursday from 3PM-6PM ONLY.
- You have 3 days to pick up your order from the time you receive your "Ready for Pickup" email or text
- If you cannot pick up your order within 3 days, choose a SHIPPING METHOD at checkout.
- If our pick up days and time are not convenient for you, CHOOSE OUR SHIPPING METHOD at checkout.
- We are NOT responsible for orders that are not picked up after 3 days. After 3 days, we will restock your items and issue you a store credit.
Pickup Instructions
- Please bring your ID and order confirmation email to show proof of purchase
- If someone other than the person listed on the order conformation email is picking up an order, a signature will be required. Please be sure they have the confirmation email to show proof of purchase.
