Return Guidelines
- Due to our items being highly demanded we do not offer EXCHANGES or REFUNDS. We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY! All returned items must be unworn in their original condition, unwashed, and undamaged. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
- You may exchange merchandise within 5 business days of "delivered" receipt FOR STORE CREDIT. If an item is returned, a store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
- We DO NOT accept returns on any Bodysuits, Sale Items, Discounted Items, white items, t-shirts, leggings or accessories/bags. All mentioned items are FINAL SALE!
- Items ending in $.00 and/or $.50 are final sale
- Please read product description and sizing chart, some item do not stretch!
- Items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, SIAVI will not send customers any damaged items but mistakes do happen. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in a 15% FEE or ineligibility to receive store credit.
- If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receiving your items, PLEASE email hello@siaviinc.com within 24hrs to initiate return with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item. Once approved by a team member we will provide you with a CRN (customer return number) and a return address to send your return to. Any packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
- All items are returned to SIAVI at the expense of the customer. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, CRN (customer return number) and reason for the return.
- A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to SIAVI. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
- Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.
- Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
- We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. Once the package leave our warehouse, SIAVI is no longer responsible for your package. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. Any issues upon receipt of shipment, please contact carrier.
