Order Processing
- Online orders placed before 1p CST will be processed same business day
- Orders placed after 1p CST time will be processed and shipped next business day.
- Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped within the following 3 business days.
- *Orders subtotal must be $100 + after all discounts or coupons have been applied to qualify for free shipping.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. These are estimate time, most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. Business days are Monday-Friday. Due to Covid-19 and Siavi ensuring we process packages as quickly and safely as possible, there may be a slight delay with shipping.
Pre-order Items
Any item marked Pre-order in the product title will be shipped on or around the estimated ship date indicated in the item's description. If your order contains in-stock items, your entire order will ship on or about the estimated ship date unless the pre-order has a ship date of 3 weeks and over we will ship the in-stock items separately.
Shipping
Some packages may require a signature confirmation at delivery. If you are not home when the package is delivered, your carrier will leave you a notice. You can then either pick up the package at your local post office, arrange for a re-delivery for a time when you are home, or you can sign the note and leave it for your carrier and they will leave the package for you.
**Orders over $60 may ship with USPS signature delivery confirmation. Please contact us if you would like to waive that.**
All orders will be given a tracking number. Orders of $100+ will receive free shipping. To guarantee that your package is correctly delivered and you obtain your order within the time frame advertised above, please make sure that your address, phone number and email is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. Once the order has been received by the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the order. Issues with package location or delivery delays must be taken up with the shipping provider directly.
Customers are also responsible for paying additional shipping if they provide an incorrect shipping address and their order is returned or undeliverable. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for paying for any return shipping for styles that are being returned.
If the tracking details show your package was delivered and you can't locate it, we recommend checking around your home and/or asking your neighbors if they may have received it. If after that time you still haven't received it, you must contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY. SIAVI does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. If you contact us within 7 days of issue, as a courtesy, We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
International Shipping
Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Siavi cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. Siavi is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
Our Rights Regarding Services
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- Incorrect billing and/or shipping address
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing.”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
- Unwarranted Chargebacks and/or order disputes
- We reserve the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time with similarities in actions as noted above.
